Peter Strang is a serial entrepreneur and strategic leader with a distinguished track record of building and scaling ventures across multiple industries. As Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer of GEL, he brings decades of experience in land development, regulatory permitting, and entrepreneurial execution to guide the company’s long-term vision and growth strategy. From 1982 to 1998, Peter established a strong presence in land development and permitting, successfully navigating complex regulatory environments and delivering high-impact projects. His early career laid the foundation for his reputation as a results-driven operator with a deep understanding of how to move projects from concept to completion. Throughout his career, Peter has demonstrated exceptional entrepreneurial instincts, repeatedly identifying market opportunities, structuring high-performing teams, and developing clear “recipes for success” for startups. His expertise spans strategic growth, capital deployment, operational structuring, and market positioning.
